Our European Technical Centre, based in Horsham, England, allows us to continuously create new and more effective products in our fight against pests.
The Centre employs highly qualified technical specialists (including entomologists, biologists and chemists). We work with Service Technicians, Quality Assurance Manager, Customer Care Manager and many of our customers to come up with new, smarter ways to exclude, control and eradicate pests that may be causing you problems.

One of our latest initiatives is the deployment of SMS Service Scheduling System in which customers can easily confirm their appointment instantly. Rentokil customers will receive SMS notification 4-5 days prior to the next service with a pre-scheduled service appointment date. All they have to do is click the link in the SMS to confirm or reschedule the service and the appointment will instantly be added to our technicians’ schedule.
