Greetings from Rentokil Malaysia!

I am proud to say that Rentokil Malaysia has grown by leaps and bounds since starting its operations way back in more than 4 decades ago. To date, we are staffed by about 600 employees, each with a different role in achieving the same objective – delivering quality services. As a pioneer in Pest Control, Rentokil Malaysia has invariably reinvented ways to further improve the current practices and to introduce innovative technologies in the fields of pest control.

The brand Rentokil is synonymous with quality pest control and as a dynamic organisation, we inculcate strong core values that shape the way we work, namely Service, Relationships, and Teamwork. We believe in working together, not just amongst ourselves, but also with our customers so that we may foster a long-term relationship with them whilst delivering quality services that meet their expectations. We want not only to satisfy our customers but to earn their confidence and trust. Rentokil Malaysia has always valued its people because they are the stronghold and essence of our business, being our link to our customers at different points whether it’s calling for appointments or carrying out treatments.

With the recent revelation of events, whether in other parts of the world or closer to home, it is clear that we have become more vulnerable to widespread diseases and bacteria, which has become rampant with negligence and complacency.
